Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bazi33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the bazi33 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated games, sports betting products, promotional offers, and support services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing any part of the bazi33 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bazi33 platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bazi33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any individual game or promotion rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless an individual rule explicitly states otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the bazi33 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is your responsibility to ensure that you qualify before registering an account or engaging in any real-money activity on the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bazi33 does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to open an account, make a deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bazi33 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bazi33 or any affiliated gaming platform. Attempting to open a new account while subject to a self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party. Placing bets or managing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of bazi33 or any of its affiliated game providers. Such persons are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming or betting on the platform.

Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games and sports betting on bazi33, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false or misleading information at registration — including a false date of birth, fictitious name, or unverified contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account with bazi33. Opening duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts — whether in your own name or under aliases — is strictly prohibited. If bazi33 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, balances consolidated or voided, and the player permanently barred from the platform.

Verification Requirements

bazi33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or before your account is fully activated:

bazi33 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point in the account lifecycle, including during routine security audits or prior to processing large withdrawals. Failure to cooperate with the KYC process within the stated deadline will result in account restriction until verification is complete.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bazi33 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bazi33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification requirements under our KYC obligations.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be returned.
• Deposit processing is typically instant for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your bazi33 account balance.
• bazi33 does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your mobile financial service or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which bazi33 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the bazi33 account. Cross-name withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger withdrawals may require up to 48 hours and additional identity confirmation.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding bonus balance with unfulfilled wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be played through before real-money funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• bazi33 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may request further documentation. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

bazi33 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual offers.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Standard wagering requirements on bazi33 range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Expiry Periods: Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each promotion. Uncompleted bonuses will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is eligible for each promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and possible account suspension.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain promotions apply a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. Where a cap applies, the relevant amount will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse and Exploitation: bazi33 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus, along with associated winnings, where we have reasonable grounds to believe the offer has been claimed through fraudulent means, systematic exploitation, or in bad faith. This includes the use of betting strategies specifically designed to minimise risk while completing wagering requirements.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the bazi33 sports betting and casino platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before submission, including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds or game settings. bazi33 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been confirmed.

Sports Betting

• All sports betting odds are quoted in decimal format and denominated in BDT. Odds are accurate at the time of bet placement and may fluctuate up to the moment of confirmation.
• In-play (live) betting markets for cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are updated ball by ball. bazi33 reserves the right to suspend or void in-play markets during delays, interruptions, or technical failures.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required playtime has elapsed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per market are set by bazi33 and are visible at the time of bet placement. Bets exceeding these limits will not be accepted.

Casino & Live Games

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games available on bazi33 — including video slots, video poker such as Deuces Wild, and digital table games — use certified random-number generation. Game outcomes are independent, and past results do not influence future results.
• Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi studios are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game session, the hand or round will be settled according to the game provider's documented protocols.
• Disconnection from a live casino game during an active round does not automatically void the bet. The game will be settled based on the outcome, and the result will be reflected in the player's account balance upon reconnection.
• Any malfunction in a game — whether technical or otherwise — voids all affected plays and returns stakes to players. bazi33 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of software, connectivity, or hardware malfunctions on the player's side.

Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

bazi33 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform or harms other players. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address, or attempting to circumvent account restrictions by registering under a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer format available on the bazi33 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or display errors to place bets at incorrect odds or with inflated balances. Any winnings accumulated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Using bazi33 accounts for any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or mobile financial service after using deposited funds on the platform. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and legal recovery of the disputed amount.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bazi33 support staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either party may close a bazi33 account. Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so via the account settings panel or by contacting the support team through live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no funds are subject to an active bonus restriction.

bazi33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the requested timeframe following a verification request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct associated with the account.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder under the bazi33 Responsible Gaming framework.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms, including age restrictions.
• A legal or regulatory requirement directing bazi33 to restrict access for a specific account or class of player.

Where an account is closed by bazi33 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation and the outcome of any recovery action. bazi33 will communicate its findings to the affected player in writing once the review is complete.
